I am Allain Dadivas. My photography moves between documenting culture through travel and capturing individuality through portraiture.

About me

Photography, for me, is equal parts curiosity and craft. I’m drawn to people and the stories they carry, whether through a portrait, a fleeting cultural moment, or the rhythm of daily life in the places I travel. Every frame is a chance to study light, expression, and connection.

My work has been published in Cebu Pacific’s Smile Magazine and Philippine Airlines’ Mabuhay Magazine, where I’ve documented both my region and the people who make it dynamic. These experiences remind me that photography isn’t just about making images; it’s about learning, listening, and sharing perspective.

Alongside cultural storytelling, I also create portraits that highlight individuality and self-expression. A portrait, to me, is more than a likeness. It’s a reflection of identity, attitude, and character. Through this work, I explore how presence and expression can reveal something deeper about the person in front of the lens.

Across all of my work, the goal remains the same: to keep growing as an artist while staying true to the stories worth telling.
